Onsted Community School Foundation

The Foundation helps to fund projects, purchase new equipment, and improve curriculum for all grade levels though individual grants. Foundation funds are used to provide mini-grants for teacher classroom requests, student scholarships and community member scholarships.

What is the Foundation?

The Onsted Community School Foundation, established in 1983 is a nonprofit organization with the purpose of enhancing the educational excellence of our school district. The Foundation is made up of eleven volunteer directors from the community.  The donations to the Foundation are not to take the place of state aid or local millage.
