Students need to be 5 years old on or before September 1

Please bring  your Child's:

  1. Certified birth certificate
  2. Immunization Records
  3. Proof of residency (a bill/invoice with home address)
  4. Parent Driver License

Registrations will be completed via Infinite Campus online Portal Registration.
